To Be​

Ongoing series of work depicting actors who have at some time played Hamlet on stage or in film. The portraits are the result of a conversation between myself and the portrayed to try and engage with elements of the actors' experience of playing the Danish Prince. For Ballard, he opted to be depicted whilst reciting lines from the play. Dillane opposed this approach and opted to be directed by my own vision to place him as a single audience member. The end result will be a set of constructed interactions between the single images.
